- Wrote a machine learning model classifying errors from clients’ regulatory reports for the Transaction Management team, eliminating the need for manual correction.
- Automated the categorization of errors to their appropriate solution and implemented checks and balances to increase the model’s reliability
- Achieved 99% accuracy of classifications for predicted solutions
Summer 2024
- Developed a comprehensive digital tool and dashboard from scratch that streamlined data management for a global ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) project
- Simplified access to data in over 5,000 ESG categories for more than 80 team members across 3 countries
- Increased efficiency for engineers to build tools that increase the accessibility of sustainable finance analysis for Bloomberg Terminal clients and stakeholders; cut system checks verification time by 98%
- Implemented the project from end-to-end (wireframe to deployment) within 8 weeks (25% faster than projected by leadership)
- Researched the paradoxical juxtaposition between AI computation and climate tech advancement and presented to ~100 employees across the Bloomberg ecosystem (ESG, Bloomberg Philanthropies, BNEF (New Energy Finance), Women in AI, BWIT (Women in Tech), Green Computing Community, and Machine Learning Guild), thus spreading Green Computing best practices
1 of only 6 high school students chosen for software engineering internship for undergraduate and graduate students (214 total interns globally, ~2% acceptance rate)
